Health coaching is developing a diet and lifestyle unique to you that promotes your health and well-being.  It is establishing routines that are effortless and habitual.  It is not a quick fix or a patch.  Effective health coaching identifies where there are opportunities for improvement in your life and develops a plan of action to address these areas.  You move from information to transformation.  A health coach motivates you to make the changes, supports you on your journey, and holds you accountable.


I work with people who want a more energetic and enthusiastic presence in their life.  People who are tired of being weighed down by weight, digestive symptoms, a diet lacking in nutrients, or pills.  When it comes to gut health, your gut is as unique and individual as you are. Individualized attention and plan of action are key to repairing your gut back to health.
